2922 Passing Storm - Bull Moose
Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming
Blowing at over 40 miles per hour, winter gusts dominate the sage flats in Grand Teton National Park. Moose are frequent visitors here and this bull's coat still carries the crust of snow accumulated during his long nap, bedded down to wait out the storm. Ambling north, he'll seek out the better protection that thicker vegetation provides among willows lining the Snake River. Edition of 2500.
