Giclee Canvas | Combines a warm dramatic glow on a canvas surface texture making this display option a great addition to any art collection.
A Giclee fine art print refers to the most sophisticated ink-jet technology. The name comes from the French word GICLEE (pronounced Zhee-Clay) that means “spray”. In this printing method, the canvas is carried by a spinning roller while infinitely small pixels of rich, vibrant inks are sprayed on it at a very high speed rendering an amazingly smooth and consistent image true to the original.
The Giclee is quickly becoming the new standard in the art industry, and is widely embraced for its astonishing quality by major museums, galleries, publishers and artists. The latest inks offer up to 70 years light-fastness and UV-resistance under museum archival conditions, yet for even better performance, we coat all our canvas giclee prints with a layer of anti-fading UV protective clear satin glaze.
Giclee canvas prints are not framed with glass. Canvas only will be shipped rolled, not mounted or stretched.

Contemporary Museum Mount | With clean lines and a three-dimensional feel, this image display option brings the beauty of nature indoors for any modern decor.
Our Museum Mount technique is a new way to display and present art work by offering a contemporary look. This is a specialized lamination process providing a smoothness that cannot be achieved with traditional mounting techniques.
The image is permanently adhered to a rigid sheet of clear acrylic that makes handling a large print much easier and significantly eliminates the possibility of damage, while also providing a new “wet” look that only this process can provide. Using the Museum Mount also offers deeper colors and a more three dimensional feel to the image because there is no longer an air barrier between the photograph and the acrylic protecting the print - with traditional framing, the air space between the glass and the print refracts light slightly, whereas this process does not. UV protection is included in the adhesive and the acrylic has UV absorption properties as well.
