We will happily ship your gift directly to the recipient with your personalized message on one of our beautiful art cards.

Gift Wrapping
We make gift giving easy when your selections are wrapped in our signature green paper and gold ribbon. This elegant gift wrapping is available on many of our smaller products (excludes framed or unframed prints, posters or Giclee Canvas). When ordering on-line or by phone be sure to ask to have your items wrapped. There is a $5.00 charge per item for gift wrapping.

Can't decide? Give the Images of Nature® Gift Card. Our Gift Cards are issued for any amount, and may be used in any of our galleries or through mail orders. The gift card is accompanied by a greeting card with room enough to write your special note to the recipient.

Returns and Exchanges (top)
We offer products of the highest quality. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 90 days. We will gladly replace the merchandise or issue a full refund.

Secondary Market (top)
Images that have gone out of print and are therefore no longer available are placed on our Secondary Market. This service may be able to locate your favorite image. We also broker out-of-print images. Please call our Secondary Market Representative at 1-800-228-9686 for more information 8: 00 am to 5:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday.

Standard Delivery

Framed Images
Your framed Fuji Crystal Archive prints, Giclee Canvas prints and Contemporary Museum Mounted prints are custom produced. Our goal is to ship your framed Fuji Crystal Archive print within 4 weeks. Giclee Canvas and Contemporary Museum Mounts ship in approximately 6 weeks. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Delivery times vary depending on the order, the destination, and mode of delivery (UPS or DB Shenker). Unframed Fuji Crystal Archive prints, Posters, Calendars, Books, Art Cards, Puzzles,
and Mouse Pads
We strive to ship all stationary items and unframed Fuji Crystal Archive prints within 2 weeks from your order. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped in the same package. All non-framed items are shipped via UPS.
